Once your foam or plaster impression is received the image is scanned by a high resolution laser scanner. The scanner then produces an exact 3D positive image of the foot, this image can then be adjusted and cleaned up in much the same way we did using plaster not so many years ago.

Once the image is corrected it is sent to the mills for production. The “raw” shell is then finished and sent to you.
